Planning for Observations
School leaders and teacher leaders (Heads of Department) will be able to plan for observation with teachers by developing an action plan to plan for and monitor observations in their school.
School leaders and instructional coaches (HODS) will be able to plan for classroom observations by developing clear steps to plan for and monitor observations in their school.
