This module supports school leaders with being honest and clear with using the information around them to understand the needs in the school and to plan for ways to make practical improvement to be a transformative leader.
School leaders will be able to identify concrete action steps for school improvement by identifying data sources to guide their understanding of school needs, ensuring that as a baseline all learners and teachers prioritise creating a positive learning environment, reviewing what success looks like in their school environment, and planning timelines to monitor and support their action plans
