Understanding My Teaching Philosophy supports teachers with understanding and defining their Teaching Philosophy. They will learn to understand and apply a growth mindset as well as commit to building equity in their classrooms.
The goal is to develop a Teaching Philosophy that teachers can be held accountable to in order to become more effective teachers.
Teachers will be able to identify their role in relationship to their students, coworkers, families and communities by reflecting on the teacher they want to be in a philosophy of teaching statement.
