School leaders will work with Principal Lethiba as she explores transformational leadership and creates a personal leadership statement, and following a competency self-assessment, creates an action plan for development of a leadership competency area.
Leaders will be able to identify their role in relation to their learners, staff, families and communities by reflecting on the leader they want to be in a leadership statement and creating an action plan to develop an identified leadership competency.
