Leaders and Teachers will work with two teachers as they explore the stages in the Peer Observation Cycle to support Continued Professional Development (CPD), to be able to think about their own teaching practice and the needs of their students.
Module Objectives
Teachers and teacher leaders will be able to draw on their professional knowledge of their learners, their teaching experience, and the context within which they teach.
Teachers and teacher leaders will engage in each stage of the peer observation cycle with dedicated time to work together, to have conversations about their teaching and to share their expertise and improve instructional skills through critical reflection and continued practice.
Teachers and teacher leaders will increase their knowledge of teaching and learning, improve teacher confidence and student outcomes.
Teachers will be able to build collective teacher efficacy, a belief that together, teachers can make a positive difference to their learners.
